HUDDLE ONLINE

We're delighted to have teamed up with Unicorn Theatre again to reimagine our 2019 festive hit show Huddle as a brand new Christmas digital theatre experience, and to be partnering with The Guardian to share this gorgeous story far and wide.

Huddle is a moving tale of a daddy penguin and his new chick learning how to thrive in spite of the odds. This online version, narrated by Madeline Appiah, uses instrumental music and beautiful hand-drawn animation to bring this atmospheric, snow-filled story to life.

Huddle is available for free on the Unicorn Theatre YouTube channel and The Guardian's website from 10 December, 10am until Sunday 13 February 2021.

HUDDLE - 2018

During the long, cold winter, Mr Penguin carefully guards his egg. Now, this new dad needs to look after his newly born chick on his own and he’s not feeling confident. How will father and baby work it out together?

A gorgeous, engaging and highly visual show by Filskit Theatre, the makers of Breaking the Ice (2015), whose signature style features playful and innovative projection and sound. This is a heart-warming tale about a child and parent learning how to thrive in spite of the odds.

This is a deaf-friendly show.
