Sarah Shephard
Co-Artistic Director, Performer & Tour Booker

Sarah trained in European Theatre Arts at Rose Bruford College and is one of the founding members of Filskit Theatre. Since becoming a parent Sarah divides her time between performing and directing for the company. When she’s not directing she is a visiting Lecturer at Rose Bruford College and also leads the Mothers Who Make hub at The Point in Eastleigh.

Victoria Dyson
Co-Artistic Director, Performer & Marketing Manager

As one of the founding members of Filskit Theatre, Victoria enjoys performing and directing within the company. Victoria is a keen singer and can often be heard singing songs from the musicals at any given opportunity (especially Les Misérables). Originally hailing from Norfolk, Victoria moved to Cyprus, where she lived for 15 years, before returning to the UK to study European Theatre Arts at Rose Bruford College.

Katy Costigan
Co-Artistic Director, Performer & Finance Director

Katy is a founding member of Filskit and a deviser, director, performer and facilitator. A graduate of Rose Bruford College, Katy’s work alongside Filskit includes playing in the world of Moomin Valley, devising, mask work, clowning and leading a brilliant group of young people near her home in Gloucestershire.
